Motordrome of Infernal Varanne
in action!
We have already participated in 7 editions of Wheels and Waves.
Apart from the COVID year, our team has been present every year.
This year, to change things up a bit, in addition to our INDIAN SCOUTs, we added 3 FTR Honda motorcycles, directly imported from Japan.

There are only 6 of these bikes in France, and three were at Wheels and Waves.
These neat machines, which are only sold in Japan, made the trip in our container after a show we did in Tokyo.
Agile, stable, but not light for wall bikes, we decided to speed things up a bit.
The result: beautiful races with three riders in the wall, at full speed.
Did I say three? Yes, indeed. Because until now, we had two riders. This year, our rookie rider "Odragone" finished his two seasons learning time and is now a wall rider.
The best is to come and the experience will come with the future years of riding.
The other rider, KEVIN DUFOURG, a good trick rider , has already been confirmed for several years with his personal career, joined "Infernal Varanne Riders " team as guest for the time of "wheels and waves festival".

As for Danny, he has returned to "TRICKS" after 6 years without performing any trick riding. His 1924 Indian Scout was sent to Ken Fox, a British master of the "wall of death" and Indian restorer, to work for several months on the bike, to provide Danny with a reliable tool.
Everything is new on the machine: tires, connecting rod, flywheel, seat position, etc. The machine runs well. The list of tricks is not yet impressive, as the rider needs to regain confidence on this almost new machine, especially since it’s not designed for a wall of this diameter.
So, we’re proceeding carefully but surely.
The Wheels and Waves edition was very successful, a great year that juggled with the weather. But always winning on that front. It was a blast to meet the friends of past editions, and meet new faces. We have now 12 month to wait for the next one!
